Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition you received it

Unworn or unused

With tags attached (if applicable)

In its original packaging
To start a return, contact us at info@edenszn.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns on the following:

Bikinis or swimwear where the hygiene sticker has been removed or the item has been worn, for hygiene reasons
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@edenszn.com so we can make it right.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted. If you have made a mistake on your order and get to us before it's been shipped out then we may be able to assist you with that but if it has been shipped you would need to exchange.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@edenszn.com.
